Deliveries

Hot items can be delivered up to 20 mins before the scheduled delivery time and cold (or room temperature) items up to 90 mins before.

Delivery hours are 6am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday orders by appointment. Should you require delivery outside of these times please contact us before placing your order at hello@flockcatering.com.au

We ask that customers provide accurate and complete delivery instructions at the time of ordering including Loading Dock access, parking or loading zone information. Flock Catering accepts no responsibility for altering or delayed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information.

Online orders must be placed by 1pm on the business day prior to the required delivery date.

Some items require a minimum of 48hrs notice. Availability of menu items and delivery dates can not be guaranteed and are subject to availability and capacity limitations.
