Returns and Refunds
We aim to provide high quality goods and services at all times. In the event that your order falls short of your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and our staff will seek to remedy immediately.
Deliveries

Hot items can be delivered up to 20 mins before the scheduled delivery time and cold (or room temperature) items up to 90 mins before.

Delivery hours are 6am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday orders by appointment. Should you require delivery outside of these times please contact us before placing your order at hello@flockcatering.com.au

We ask that customers provide accurate and complete delivery instructions at the time of ordering including Loading Dock access, parking or loading zone information. Flock Catering accepts no responsibility for altering or delayed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information.

Online orders must be placed by 1pm on the business day prior to the required delivery date.

Some items require a minimum of 48hrs notice. Availability of menu items and delivery dates can not be guaranteed and are subject to availability and capacity limitations.
Changes and Cancellations

Please notify us as early as possible of any changes to delivery times or dates

Order changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 business hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Any cancellations within 24hrs will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellations are only accepted during our business hours.
Food Allergies

All reasonable care is made to ensure that dietary requests and allergen instructions are adhered to, however we can not guarantee the complete absence of allergens or traces of allergens in any product(s).

Customers acknowledge that consumption of our food is at their own risk and to the fullest extent permitted by Law, Flock catering accepts no liability for any loss, damage, illness or injury arising from allergens or traces of allergens present in its’ food.

If a customer has a life threatening anaphylactic allergy, we strongly recommend that a seperate meal is arranged by another supplier/ source.

Minimum order value for free delivery is $150 (plus GST), otherwise a $25 delivery fee applies

Your catering will be presented in disposable packaging unless otherwise agreed. We use environmentally responsible recyclable or compostable packaging whenever feasible
