Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

Hot items may be delivered up to 20 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, while cold or room temperature items may be delivered up to 90 minutes before.

Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available by appointment only. If you require delivery outside of these times, please contact us prior to placing your order at hello@flockcatering.com.au.

Online orders must be placed by 1:00pm on the business day prior to the required delivery date. Some items require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Availability of menu items and delivery dates are subject to availability and capacity.

Delivery Information

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete delivery instructions at the time of ordering, including any access requirements such as loading docks, parking areas, or loading zones.

Flock Catering is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Delivery Fees

A minimum order value of $150 (plus GST) applies for free delivery. Orders below this amount will incur a $25 delivery fee.
